Job summary

FareHarbor is seeking a Channel Specialist in Honolulu, HI to help our global team manage partner channels and affiliate programs. You will work with resellers within the FareHarbor dashboard to streamline bookings and grow clients' businesses.

In this role you’ll troubleshoot invoicing issues, build relationships with reseller accounts, document processes, and collaborate with product and support teams to improve our affiliate features. A collaborative, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound affiliate related support issues via emails and phone calls.
• Develop knowledge of Affiliate programs and processes.
• Provide exceptional support by listening and solving customer issues.
• Implement technical components for clients to set up partners and maintain for existing partners.
• Communicate and escalate appropriately across teams to meet client needs.
• Provide user stories to Software development for product improvement.
• Contribute to FareHarbor help documentation.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners.
• Identify and propose process improvements to boost client success.
