Job summary

Constant Hire is looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to lead the Northwest Arkansas creator program on-site. You will own outreach to influencers, affiliates, and micro-creators, manage product seeding, and build scalable affiliate/UGC initiatives.

Expect creator-driven growth via TikTok Shop and partnerships ads. You should have a track record in launching or scaling these programs and be able to translate creativity into a strategy with a concrete plan.

We're hiring: Affiliate & Partnerships Manager (Northwest Arkansas, on-site)

One of our clients, a fast-growing and very profitable custom apparel brand, is looking for someone to build their creator program from the ground up.

They've built a loyal customer base over the past several years and are now pushing hard into DTC. The biggest growth lever right now is having the right creators in their corner, and they need someone to make that happen.

What you'd own:

• Influencer, affiliate, and micro-creator outreach at real volume (think 10 creators posting a day)
• Product seeding and keeping the content pipeline moving
• Building the affiliate and UGC program so it scales
• Creator-driven growth through TikTok Shop and partnership ads
• The creative direction behind it all

What they're looking for:

• You've built or scaled an affiliate, influencer, or UGC program before and can point to the revenue it drove
• You're naturally creative and also know how to turn creativity into a strategy
• You come in with a plan, not a list of questions
• Brand or agency background, either works

This role is on-site 5 days a week in Northwest Arkansas. The team is small, collaborative, and enjoys one another (monthly get-togethers and a few team retreats a year). Solid healh benefits, including a 6% 401k match.
