Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying ML or advanced analytics in financial services or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of advanced analytics and ML solutions for Financial Crime and AFC.
• Partner with business, compliance, technology, and risk to deliver actionable insights.
• Design, enhance, and monitor predictive models on large datasets.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify risks and data quality issues.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and metrics to measure model effectiveness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on analytics best practices.
