Job summary

C4 Planning Solutions, LLC seeks an Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System Subject Matter Expert to enable FMF warfighters to configure, troubleshoot, and operate AFATDS/THSv2. This role provides a single system to control close air support, artillery, mortars, and naval fires.

The position supports Tactical C5ISR in CONUS/OCONUS regions, requires active clearance and a CompTIA Security+ certification, and demands at least 3 years of military training experience.

Qualifications

• AFATDS setup, configuration, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance expertise.
• Experience deploying THSv2 and integrating with fire support systems.
• Familiarity with USMC targeting and fire support policies.
• Experience with JADOCS and C4ISR networks.
• Active security clearance and ability to work in 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and operate AFATDS/THSv2 to support close air and artillery missions.
• Assist FMF warfighters in using AFATDS as a single system for fire support.
• Support Tactical C5ISR systems in CONUS and OCONUS regions.
• Provide end-user training and document technical procedures.
