Job summary

Looking for an AF Operational Training & Test Infrastructure (OTTI) Team Integration Support opportunity at a place you can make a difference every day? Serco is excited to support the Air Force Modeling and Simulation Support Services (AFMS3) contract. The primary purpose of this contract is to ensure that the Department of the Air Force (DAF), Department of War (DoW), and External Partner Agencies maintain cutting‑edge Modeling and Simulation (M&S) capabilities that are secure, interoperable, and efficient. The contractor will provide comprehensive support and innovative solutions that enable the continuous evolution and enhancement of M&S systems, ensuring that the DAF and DoD can effectively prepare for and execute their missions with the highest level of readiness and lethality.

This position is contingent upon the ability to maintain/transfer an active U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.

In This Role, You Will
  • Assist in synchronizing OTTI CFT activities with Air Force Futures and Air Force Corporate Structure (AFCS) schedules and tempo.
  • Provide direction on projects from inception through completion and provide technical and managerial assistance on all aspects of project management to comply with the technical requirements of the contract for the customer.
  • Manage and coordinate technical and administrative staff by assigning, scheduling, prioritizing, coordinating, and facilitating multiple tasks.
  • Review work for quality assurance.
  • Compose memoranda, reports, and other documentation highlighting project steps and status for daily and weekly meetings with customer.
  • Attend meetings and make presentations about project status and work commitments.
  • Ensure training of all staff members and instruct them on customer’s methods, procedures, and standards.
  • Evaluate, develop or implement procedures regarding project documentation and development.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and takes corrective action.
  • Participate in long‑range planning, analysis, and program design.
  • Participate in the planning and design of new projects as requested.
  • Conduct complex work important to the organization.
  • Work with minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
  • An active U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.
  • A U.S. Citizenship.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • The ability to travel up to 10%.

  • Master's degree preferred
