Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Customer Service-

1. The customer is the Company’s number one focus, and all employee actions are to reflect this priority.
2. Greet customers within 10 seconds or less, always maintaining high energy on the floor.
3. Demonstrate and sell Benefit products.
4. Build and maintain great customer relationships and actively recruit new clients.
5. Safeguard and keep all customer information confidential; all customer information is the property of the Company and Retailer.
6. Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, all Benefit-related personnel, and appropriate Retail partners.
7. Ensure the customer understands and signs the service release form.
8. Perform only Benefit approved and trained services offered on the service menu to Benefit quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Recommend additional services to determine and meet customer needs.
10. Keep accurate client records on online booking.
11. Rebook appointments for return services.

-Results-

1. Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly individual service and product goals.
2. Maintain target service and product sales per hour.
3. Sell and recommend products with each service.

1. Promote a professional, respectful, fun, and gossip-free environment for customers and employees.
2. Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and goal achievement.
3. Be on time and ready to work all shifts.
4. Act professionally, ethically, and with integrity, always using good judgment.
5. Help maintain clean and safe sales and stock areas.
6. Ensure compliance with all Company and Retailer policies and procedures.

Requirements

Able to perform the following physical duties including, but not limited to:

1. Continuous standing/ walking for a minimum of 8 hours.
2. Unpack and lift boxes up to 40 lbs.
3. Continuous bending of neck, arms, torso, and legs for a minimum of 8 hours.
4. Stock and fill shelves, drawers, and stations.
5. Clean all Brow Bar areas and elements.
6. Work in a fragrance-filled environment.
7. Physical contact with clients/ customers.
8. Maintain compliance with State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and State Board of Health rules and regulations.
9. Consistent and reliable attendance.
10. Accurate use of timekeeping system.
11. Perform all other duties as assigned.

-Qualifications-

1. Maintain and display a valid state-issued aesthetician, cosmetologist, or waxing license. The employee is responsible for any fees, additional training, and/or renewals needed as a requirement.
2. Proven strong retail sales and/or service history.
3. Flexibility regarding work hours; ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
4. Initiate and manage change in a positive manner.
5. Comfortable and competent at services and make-up applications.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Adept at problem-solving.
8. Flexible and adaptable to customer needs.
9. This position requires the final candidate to successfully pass an E-Verify check.

The target salary range for this position is $17.00-$19.00/hr. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn a sales incentive bonus and/or commission.
