Job summary

Manor Aesthetics and Wellness is seeking a talented Aesthetician to conduct personalized skin consultations and develop tailored treatment plans. You will perform clinical aesthetic procedures and educate clients on care, aiming to deliver an outstanding, confidence-boosting experience from consultation through follow-up care.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of medical aesthetic experience, excellent communication, and a passion for skincare.

Qualifications

• Active aesthetics license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of experience performing medical aesthetic treatments.
• Exceptional communication and consultation skills.
• Passion for aesthetics and client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and provider recommendations.
• Perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with state regulations, clinical protocols, and safety standards.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare recommendations, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience while building long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet cleanliness and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to support patient outcomes, practice goals, and overall clinic success.
• Support skincare retail sales, promotional initiatives, and ongoing practice growth efforts.
