Cosmetic Physician Partners in the United States seeks a full-time esthetician to perform cosmetic skin treatments, educate clients, and deliver detailed aftercare. You will build a loyal client base through consistent follow‑up and professional service in a clinical setting.
Maintain a sanitary, compliant environment, participate in staff education, and support the practice with cross‑selling skincare products and services while upholding brand standards.
This is a full-time role, with rotating shifts. The clinics are open Monday-Thursday 9AM-8PM and Friday & Saturdays from 9AM-6PM.
Perform cosmetic and aesthetic procedures and treatments involving the skin, face, andbody;
Promote client retention through consistent, detailed, andtimelyfollow-up communications andcare;
Provide client education, instructions, and counseling related to aesthetic procedures, outcomes, andaftercare;
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the image and standards of thepractice;
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities asrequired;
Represent the practice with integrity and discretion in all patient and community interactions.
Assistother providers with their clients and the practice’s needs asdirected;
Assistand support CPP’s and the practice’s support team asdirected;
Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of the business as an individual and as a teammember;
Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant clinical environmentin accordance withapplicable practice policies, professional standards, and regulatoryrequirements;
Adhereto infection control, safety, and quality assurance policies and protocols to protect patients, staff, and the workenvironment;
Comply withall applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and professional regulations, including ongoing monitoring of new or revised legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the position; and
Maintain professional competency byparticipatingin continuing education programs, reviewing relevant literature, and collaborating with colleagues to stay informed of developments in aesthetics as an aesthetician.
Valid NY Esthetician License.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the aesthetics field, with a proventrack recordof building andmaintaininga loyal client base.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, educate them on treatments, and provide clear follow-through on their care plans.
Experience in a medical spa,dermatology, or plastic surgery environment is preferred.
Proficient in performing consultations, cross-promotingservicesand skincare products, anddemonstratingthe ability to close sales effectively.
Hands-on experience with a wide range of treatments, including facials, chemical peels, Dermaplaning, and advanced procedures such as cosmetic lasers, light-based therapy, micro-needling, and/or CoolSculpting.
Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols to recommend the best options for each client’s unique needs.
The salary for this position ranges from $24 - $28 per hour depending on experience, with additional performance-based incentives and benefits.
