Job summary

Face to Face Spa in Ohio is seeking a licensed esthetician to deliver professional skincare services, consult on treatments, and educate clients on home care. You will perform facials, peels, dermaplaning, waxing, and related spa services while building lasting relationships.

Applicants must hold an active Ohio Esthetician license, have strong customer service skills, and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Esthetician license.
• Minimum 1 year spa or med-spa experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and ingredients.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience with retail sales and client retention preferred.
• Certification or experience in advanced treatments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, extractions, waxing, and other spa treatments.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Educate clients on skincare products, ingredients, and home-care routines.
• Recommend and sell retail skincare products and service packages.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools meet sanitation and safety standards.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
• Assist with spa promotions, events, and marketing initiatives as needed.
