KG Aesthetics is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner in Wisconsin to join our medical aesthetics and wellness team. The role focuses on medical weight loss, hormone optimization, functional medicine and aesthetics, with opportunities to expand into additional services based on experience.

You will provide clinical care for weight-management programs, hormone therapy, and peptide therapy; injections experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Wisconsin.
• 1–2 years of experience in medical weight loss / GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy, or functional medicine.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach.
• Experience with injectables (Botox/fillers) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients in medical weight‑loss programs, including GLP‑1 medications.
• Assess, prescribe, and manage hormone replacement therapy.
• Assess, prescribe peptide therapy for appropriate patients.
• Provide functional medicine evaluations, lab review, and treatment planning.
• Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation.

This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about medical weight loss, hormone optimization, functional medicine and aesthetics, who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients.

Position Overview

The advance practice provider will provide clinical care and oversight for our wellness and weight-management programs, with opportunities to expand into aesthetic services based on experience and interest.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients in medical weight-loss programs, including GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, etc.)
• Assess, prescribe, and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for appropriate patients
• Assess, prescribe peptide therapy for appropriate patients
• Provide functional medicine-based evaluations, lab review, and treatment planning
• Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing care
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Bonus if you have experience with aesthetic injectable treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in at least one of the following:
• Medical weight loss / GLP-1 medications
• Hormone replacement therapy
• Functional medicine or integrative wellness
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Experience with injectables (Botox/fillers) is a plus, but not required
