Job summary

Novuskin Med Spa in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Consultant to guide prospective clients through aesthetic services, explain benefits and pricing, and close sales to meet revenue targets.

The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, coordinating with clinical staff, and delivering a welcoming spa experience. Spanish language skills are preferred and compensation includes an hourly rate with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of strong sales-focused skills, including Sales Consulting and Consulting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Customer-facing expertise, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex treatments in accessible terms.
• Prior experience in spa, wellness, aesthetics, or medical spa environments is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working in a commission or incentive-driven setting and using CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Preferably Spanish Speaker

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective and existing clients through Novuskin Med Spa’s services.
• Conduct consultations to understand client goals and recommend treatment plans.
• Present service options, explain benefits and pricing, and follow up with leads.

• Maintain accurate client records and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Contribute to a welcoming, professional spa environment and long-term client relationships.
