Skin Laundry is seeking an Aesthetic Senior Sales Associate to lead the sales floor, drive daily targets, and ensure a premium client experience at The Hill clinic in Dallas, TX. This on-site role requires weekend availability, full-time commitment, and a talent for education on skincare products and memberships.

You will coach teammates, support store operations, and help maintain brand standards while delivering exceptional service during busy clinic hours.

Aesthetic Senior Sales Associate

The Hill Compensation Package:

An incoming Senior Sales Associate can expect to be brought in starting at $21/hr base with the opportunity to grow from there.

Schedule/Availability

• Must be available and able to work weekends (sat AND sun) regularly.
• Must have full availability to work and be scheduled for full-time.
• Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change).
• You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.

Ability to commute/cover other clinics

Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.

About This Exciting Role:

The Aesthetic Senior Sales Associate supports the day-to-day operations of the clinic by leading through example on the sales floor and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. This role acts as an experienced peer leader—helping drive sales performance, providing informal guidance to team members, and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The SSA is responsible for supporting smooth shift execution and operational excellence but does not hold final authority for hiring, scheduling, or policy decisions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Sales & Client Experience

• Lead by example in achieving daily sales and conversion goals.
• Deliver exceptional client service by educating clients on products, memberships, and treatments.
• Support clinic-wide retention and loyalty programs through relationship building and consistent follow-up.
• Reinforce Skin Laundry’s service standards and brand values during every client interaction.

Operational Execution

• Support opening and closing procedures, including register reconciliation, invoice closeout, and clinic readiness.
• Maintainaccurateinventory levels byassistingwith restocking, receiving shipments, and product counts.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards are consistently met.
• Execute operational checklists and compliance tasks as directed by the ACM or CM.

Team Support & Peer Leadership

• Provide on-the-floor coaching and real-time feedback to Sales Associates.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members under ACM/CM guidance.
• Act as a point of contact for questions or issues during assigned shifts and elevate to leadership asappropriate.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and growth.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow and reinforce all operational policies and loss prevention procedures.
• Report any safety, compliance, or operational concerns promptly.
• Maintain professional conduct consistent with Skin Laundry’s standards of integrity and respect.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS

• Participate in regional meetings, trainings, or team events as assigned.
• Assistwith in-clinic activations, promotional events, or marketing initiatives.
• Provide occasional coverage for peer shifts to ensure continuous operations.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Technical & Operational

• Intermediate knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and cash handling.
• Familiarity withZenotior similar scheduling and sales software.
• Strong product knowledge and passion for skincare and client education.

Interpersonal & Leadership

• Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to coach peers and foster teamwork.
• Strong communicationand problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable, proactive, and accountable in daily execution.

Experience & Education

• Minimum1–2 years of retail, hospitality, or service experiencerequired.
• Leadership or keyholder experience preferred.

Travel as an Opportunity

Travel is not a requirement for this role but may occasionally involve providing support to neighboring stores during peak times or special events.
