Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• P.O.S. software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and sales goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to open and close the center; this is a key holder position.

Responsibilities

• Share the magic of our services, products, and wax passes with guests, while enhancing the Guest Experience.
• Analyze guest profiles and collaborate with Wax Specialists to maximize opportunities and your sales potential.
• Participate in engaging guest outreach to bring the experts in waxing back to the forefront of your community.
