Qualifications

• Active RN license that meets state requirements.
• Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, hair-growth cycles, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Confidence educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized client consultations.
• Perform laser hair removal and other aesthetic treatments.
• Educate clients about treatment plans and aftercare.
• Document consultations and treatments.
• Follow clinical, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Create personalized service, package, and membership recommendations.
• Build client trust through education and care.
• Support rebooking, treatment-plan completion, and client retention.
• Keep rooms clean, organized, and treatment-ready.
• Participate in training, coaching, promotions, and studio initiatives.
