Job summary

VSD is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse/Aesthetician to join our growing team in Bardstown and Middletown, KY. You will deliver aesthetic treatments and provide exceptional patient care across multiple locations. This role offers hourly compensation with incentive-based commissions.

The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, with strong communication, and the ability to travel between sites to serve patients and support clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license.
• Experience in aesthetic nursing preferred but not required.
• Strong sales and product recommendation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments (laser, DiamondGlow, chemical peels, PRX, SkinPen).
• Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on options, regimens and outcomes.
• Promote skincare products to support results and boost retail sales.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safety compliance.
• Travel between Bardstown and Middletown locations as needed.
