Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Excellent patient care and client service mindset.
• Strong communication and ability to educate clients clearly.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Detail-oriented with focus on safety and clinical protocols.
• Interest in aesthetics and confidence-building results.
• Able to assist onboarding and training of new providers after training.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments per Milan’s medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care for safe results.
• Document treatments and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for safe client flow.
• Maintain a clean and professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss progress and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and records.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and room preparation.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment.
