Milan Laser Hair Removal in Odessa, Texas is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. You will perform laser hair removal treatments, apply established medical protocols, and ensure client safety and comfort while delivering precise, compassionate care.

You will educate clients on pre/post care, document treatments accurately, maintain a clean clinical environment, and support clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Current RegisteredNurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols.
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results.
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.
