Job summary

SEV Laser is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to join our aesthetics team in New York. The role focuses on non-invasive aesthetic treatments, consultative client care, and adherence to clinical protocols. Travel between clinics may be required, with 2–3 days per week including Saturdays, plus some Mondays/Tuesdays.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice, in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetic injections (neurotoxin and fillers).
• Experience with laser hair removal and advanced aesthetic treatments preferred.
• Strong documentation skills; detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and bedside manner at all times.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with continuous change.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive aesthetic services including, but not limited to: Laser Hair Removal; Injectables (neurotoxin and fillers); body contouring and skin rejuvenation services where applicable.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess treatment suitability and goals.
• Educate clients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, and pre- and post-care guidelines.
• Ensure client safety and treatment efficacy through adherence to clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation.
• Deliver world-class customer service to build trust, retention, and long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and operations teams to achieve clinic and company goals.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and payment processing.
• Travel between clinics as needed based on business needs.
