Job summary

V/O Med Spa Rochester is seeking an Aesthetic NP/PA to join our team. You will perform non-surgical cosmetic evaluations, consult patients, and provide injections and other aesthetic treatments under physician supervision.

Ideal candidates have RN/NP or PA licensure, inject experience, and a passion for beauty. Work at a spa environment with a collaborative team and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the applicable jurisdiction
• Knowledge of current aesthetic treatment practices, products and trends
• At least 1 year injecting experience
• Ability to consult patients on cosmetic needs, techniques and treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Provide aesthetic non-surgical cosmetic evaluation and consultations
• Administer treatments such as injectables, PRP, microneedling, RF microneedling, lip/buttock/face enhancements
• Coordinate with supervising physician and spa team
• Maintain patient safety, sterile technique and HIPAA compliance

Position Summary (Purpose): To provide aesthetic non-surgical cosmetic evaluation, consultation, treatments, as well as treatment recommendations as delegated by an overseeing physician. Treatments may include: anti-wrinkle treatments by injection including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, platelet-rich plasma therapy, microneedling, RF microneedling, semaglutide, IV hydration therapy, lip enhancement, buttock enhancement, cryolipolysis and other fat reduction treatments, and chemical peels etc.

Position Title: Registered Nurse Department: Aesthetic Services Coordinate Positions: Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners work closely with an overseeing Physician, Medical Assistant, Nurse Assistant, and Spa Manager Subordinate Positions: Medical Assistant and/or Nurse Assistant

Qualifications:

• Legally certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant within the jurisdiction of employment Knowledge of current Aesthetic treatment practices, products and trends One year or more injecting experience Comfortable consulting patients regarding cosmetic needs, techniques and treatment plans

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Ability to lift at least 30lbs Exposure to blood and bodily fluids, Utilizing proper PPE Use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills

Salary:

• $35/Hr+ Commission and Bonus Structure (based on experience)

Work Environment: Spa environment
