Skin Laundry in Scottsdale seeks a part-time Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver medical skincare services and personalized facial treatments. You will work with a dedicated clinic team, supporting operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of patient safety and service quality.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and 2+ years in skincare or customer service. Excellent communication, multitasking, and a passion for client care are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or equivalent clinical training.
• Current RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 2+ years in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
• Clinically competent, compassionate, and team-oriented with strong communication.
• Must be able to follow protocols and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Create curated client experiences with no-downtime laser facials aligned to client needs.
• Promote skincare protocols and educate clients on medical-grade treatments.
• Support store operations, training, and staffing to ensure smooth clinic flow.
• Maintain high Skin Laundry standards and prioritize patient safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinic team and leadership to achieve goals.

Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule/Availability:

• Must be available to work Friday and Saturdays with one other day of availability during the week at minimum during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change). You will be scheduled 815a-715p (11 hours scheduled, working 10 hours after breaks. Avg of 1-3 days scheduled per week). You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.
• Sunday's may be required for occasional training or if clinic expands operating hours

Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.

Physical Requirements: This role requires long periods of Sitting & standing. Individuals are required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets.

Job Summary

As part of the clinic team the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients’ excellence services with advanced medical-grade technologies and skin care product recommendations on their customized skin care journey. While other companies also specialize in injectables, hair removal and tattoo removal, we specialize in one thing - facials. Helping develop effective routines and customized plans for clients with compassion and high-energy. RN’s should be ready to join a hard-working & high volume medical-grade skin care clinic.

Qualifications

Required education:

Associate

Preferred experience:

Registered Nurse (RN): 1 year

Required license or certification:

Registered Nurse (RN)

Current State Nursing License

BLS

• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
• Current RN State License. Basic Life Support Certification is required through an accredited association.
• Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services.
• Customer service is our #1 priority, must have exceptional communication skills and be capable of problem-solving.
• Must have an outgoing personality yet calming presence, making clients comfortable.
• Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure high Skin Laundry standards are always met.
• Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal oriented.
• Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.

Responsibilities Include:

Creating Curated Client Experiences

• Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials best suited for current and perspective clients’ personal skincare needs and are safe and effective for all skin types.
• Discuss the importance of the skin care protocols created by the medical team.
• Celebrate the success of the results our clients seeing.

Supporting Store Operations Success

• Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business
• Assists with training (precepting), coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations
• Establishes adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/store systems
• Establishes and maintains effective client retention processes
