Ageless Spa Center in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Junior Nurse (RN) to join our team and deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments under supervision. You will work closely with licensed providers in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

The role involves patient care, consultations, and education on treatment plans, while maintaining accurate records and upholding safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with some weekend hours and paid training, plus performance

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• Aesthetics or med spa experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Flexibility to work some weekends.
• Passion for skincare and wellness.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role focuses on providing safe, high-quality aesthetic and medical spa treatments while supporting clients' wellness goals. You will work closely with our licensed providers and be part of a collaborative, dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in aesthetic procedures such as facials, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation under supervision
• Provide patient care, consultations, and education on treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow spa protocols
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards
• Support the spa team in delivering a premium client experience

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• Experience in aesthetics or med spa preferred (not required; training provided)
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and aesthetics

Compensation

• $19 to $25 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications
• Paid training and ongoing support for certifications
• Performance bonuses available
