Job summary

Skin Laundry is seeking an Aesthetic Registered Nurse to deliver laser and aesthetic treatments on-site in Mission Viejo, CA. You will assess client eligibility and administer treatments under medical protocols, while educating clients on outcomes and post-care.

Collaboration with the clinic team is essential to achieving daily goals and maintaining exceptional customer experience. The role is part-time and on-site, with a base hourly rate plus tips and commission, as well as an employee

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser and aesthetic treatments per medical protocols.
• Assess client eligibility for treatments and tailor care plans.
• Educate clients on results, aftercare, and expectations.
• Collaborate with clinic team to meet clinic goals and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Job description

• Base Pay $28.00 - $28.00 / Hour
• Other Compensation Tips and commission; $55/hr guaranteed rate; employee treatment and product discount
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Education & Qualifications

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Schedule

• Available for clinic operating hours, including regular Saturdays and Sundays
• Minimum 3 days available per week, including a Monday or Friday; regularly scheduled 1–2 days, up to 3
• 11-hour shifts (10 hours worked after breaks); able to commit to a schedule 60 days in advance
• Reliably commute to home clinic and periodically cover nearby clinics

Physical

• Long periods of sitting and standing; lift and move inventory and clinic assets

Preferred

• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, customer service, or sales
• Experience with scheduling platforms such as Zenoti
• Knowledge of skin types, treatment indications, and pre/post-care requirements
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-education skills
