LaserAway in California is seeking licensed RNs to deliver non-surgical aesthetic treatments, guiding patients from initial consult through long‑term results. You will perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation procedures, build patient relationships, and help design individualized treatment plans.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high‑volume clinics across multiple locations, with full training provided and opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Own

Your patient's full clinical journey — from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow‑up care and long‑term results. You’ll build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand.

Day‑to‑day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.

You’ll work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway — fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. And as we continuously add the latest FDA‑cleared technologies to our treatment menu, you’ll always be practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

TRACK A - CLINICAL BACKGROUND

• Current RN license (state‑issued)

TRACK B - AESTHETICS BACKGROUND

• Current RN license (state‑issued)
• 2+ years in aesthetics practice
• Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path
• Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient‑centered
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Comfortable in a high‑volume clinic environment treating 15‑25 patients per days
• Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius.
• Full‑time hours (approx. 36–40 hrs/week) — estimated $xxK–$xxK annually at full‑time
