Job summary

OVME seeks an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner to join a new and upcoming location in Indianapolis. The role focuses on neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and advanced aesthetic services while building a strong client base and OVME presence in the community.

As part of a collaborative Studio Team, you will provide personalized care, stay current with injectables, and contribute to growth of the studio with a high-performing team. Requires NP/PA credentials and injective experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years injecting experience.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations to understand client aesthetic concerns, medical history, and goals.
  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers) per protocols.
  • Administer injections with attention to facial anatomy, symmetry, and dosage.
  • Stay updated on cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate client records and document treatment plans.
  • Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and expected outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians on treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with medical and regulatory standards (infection control, storage, disposal).
  • Maintain professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in a safe environment.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and training.

Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Practitioner to join the OVME team at a new and upcoming location. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a studio from the beginning, helping build a strong client base and establish OVME within the local community.


In this role, you’ll provide personalized aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other advanced services while building trusted, long-term relationships with your clients.


Our practitioners combine clinical expertise with an individualized approach to care, helping clients achieve natural, confidence-building results. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their craft, committed to continued growth and education, and excited about the opportunity to help grow a new studio alongside a collaborative, high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, such as Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other wrinkle-reducing procedures, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.

  • Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and side effects.

  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications that may arise.

  • Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure.

  • Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory standards, including infection control, product storage, and disposal procedures.

  • Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while interacting with clients and maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment.

  • Continuously pursue professional development and training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the field of cosmetic injectables.

Education / Experience Requirements


  • 2+ years of injecting experience.

  • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate.
