The practice serves a discerning patient population across 4 locations in Northern California. With established infrastructure, experienced staff, and operational support in place, the incoming surgeon can focus on clinical excellence while scaling a sustainable and rewarding practice.

This role is well suited for a surgeon who values clinical quality, entrepreneurship, and long-term ownership within a collaborative environment.
