Advanced MedAesthetic Partners is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Greenville, SC to create a positive first and last impression with patients. You will educate patients on treatments, promote products and services, and support consultation-based sales to help meet physician goals.

The ideal candidate has prior medical aesthetics or cosmetic dermatology experience, excellent communication, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Previous medical experience in aesthetics or similar client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and build relationships with patients and physicians.
• Understand goals of the practice and execute plans to achieve them.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Support the practice vision and goals and operate clinic technology.
• Review client information and schedule using clinic POS systems.
