Job summary

Fort Worth Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide aesthetic, wellness, and patient-centered care. The role focuses on injectables, medspa services, BHRT, and medical weight management as part of a plastic surgery team in Fort Worth and Weatherford.

Must be licensed as a Texas PA or NP with Botox and dermal filler experience; strong communication and ability to work independently while collaborating with the plastic surgery team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Texas PA or NP license.
• Experience with Botox and dermal fillers.
• Aesthetic/medspa experience preferred.
• Interest in BHRT and medical weight management.
• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the plastic surgery team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer Botox and dermal fillers.
• Perform Ellacor® Micro-Coring® treatments in the office.
• Provide BHRT services.
• Evaluate and manage medical weight-loss patients.
• Perform medspa good-faith examinations.
• Provide injectable services at Fort Worth and Weatherford locations.
• Occasional Saturday injectable appointments in Fort Worth.
• Educate patients on aesthetic, wellness, and treatment options.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients.
• Collaborate with the plastic surgery team to provide high-quality care.
