The Skin Center in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on delivering top-tier patient care in aesthetic medicine. The NP will provide non-surgical cosmetic treatments, manage patient records, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure best practices.

• Active NP license is required.
• 1–2 years of aesthetics or plastic surgery experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and bedside manner are essential.
• Evidence-based, patient-centered approach to care.
• Team-oriented, high energy and professional attitude.
• Ability to think critically and work independently.
• Passion for medical aesthetics.

• Perform non-surgical cosmetic treatments including injectables (Botox, filler) and device-based services.
• Review patient records, take detailed notes, and maintain organized records.
• Provide exceptional clinical outcomes and customer service.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms.
• Complete clinical and sales training and continuing education.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on technique, adverse events and best practices.

Position Overview

Responsibilities:

• Perform non-surgical cosmetic treatments including, but not limited to injectables (e.g., Botox, filler) and device based services
• Develop strong rapport with patients, review patient medical records, take detailed notes and maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
• Provide exceptional clinical outcomes and customer service
• Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms
• Complete clinical and sales training and continuing education
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on technique, adverse events and clinical best practices

Qualifications:

• Active NP license
• one- two years of work experience in aesthetics or plastic surgery required
• Exceptional communication and bedside manner
• Interest in an evidence-based and patient-centered approach to care
• Team-oriented, high energy, positive and professional attitude
• Ability to think critically and work independently
• Passion for medical aesthetics
