Pinch is seeking APRNs to join as contractors delivering safe aesthetic treatments in clients' homes. You’ll set your own schedule, choose clients, and benefit from malpractice insurance and overhead coverage while growing your practice with national brand support.

Required: WA APRN license and injectables certification (or commitment to Pinch Master Certification). This role emphasizes entrepreneurship, flexibility, and potential for events, influencer programs, and client growth.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Washington.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility.
• Bonus: prior aesthetics experience or existing patient network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training.
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques.
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network.
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week.
• Manage products and supplies responsibly.
• Keep accurate and timely client records.
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support.
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business.

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa and we are looking for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Washington for a 1099 contractor role who are ready to grow in aesthetics and deliver treatments like tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in the comfort of clients’ homes

What We Are Looking For

If you're new to injectables or aesthetics, completing one of these in-person trainings is required before you start. Already certified and experienced? You likely won't need this — but you're welcome to join.
