What We're Looking For

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in California
• Established and transferable book of business within aesthetics
• Proven experience performing cosmetic injectables and aesthetic treatments

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments to determine treatment suitability
• Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical best practices
• Perform aesthetic procedures including injectables, cosmetic laser treatments, and other non‑surgical aesthetic services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
• Foster long‑term patient relationships through exceptional service, education, and follow‑up care
• Support patient retention initiatives and contribute to clinic revenue growth
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evidence‑based aesthetic practices
• Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Participate in marketing initiatives, patient events, and community outreach efforts to support business growth
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, and infection control standards

Location

Providers will split their time between our Costa Mesa and Rowland Heights locations.

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
