Job summary

Pinch is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Arizona for a 1099 contractor role to deliver aesthetic services at clients’ homes. You’ll set your own schedule, grow your practice, and receive support with malpractice insurance, marketing, and technology from a nationally recognized brand.

Requirements include an active Arizona APRN license and injectables certification (or ability to complete Pinch’s master certification).

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Arizona is required.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing a home-based aesthetics practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials at clients' homes.
• Complete required injectables training and ongoing virtual skincare education.
• Manage products and supplies and keep accurate client records.
• Coordinate with Pinch marketing for client acquisition and growth.
• Provide flexible scheduling, typically 4 to 24 hours per week.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector (APRN) - Concierge Med Spa

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa and we are looking for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Arizona for a 1099 contractor role who are ready to grow in aesthetics and deliver treatments like tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in the comfort of clients' homes. You will have the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and grow your practice with flexibility with the support of a nationally recognized brand. We cover everything from malpractice insurance and marketing to technology and ongoing support so you can focus on making clients look and feel their best. Pinch pays top-of-market rates for treatments and covers all overhead costs, allowing you to devote your time and energy to your clients.

What You Will Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Required: Active APRN license in Arizona
• Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification

• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility
• Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
