Job summary

Sev Skin in Richmond, VA is seeking Providers to deliver laser hair removal and advanced skincare treatments. You will build lasting relationships, educate clients on personalized treatment plans, and have opportunities to earn tips and commissions while growing with a fast-growing aesthetics brand.

The role requires an active RN license and at least 1 year of experience in aesthetic injections, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• An Registered Nurse active license that meets applicable state requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetic injections (neurotoxin and fillers)
• Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, hair-growth cycles, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Confidence educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans.
• A positive attitude and openness to coaching and continued learning.
• The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Prior aesthetics, laser, skincare, or consultative sales experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized consultations and treatments for clients.
• Administer injections (neurotoxin and fillers) and perform laser hair removal and other aesthetic services.
• Educate clients about treatment plans, expected results, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Accurately document consultations and treatments.
• Follow all clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.
