Job summary

Pure 111 Medical Aesthetics, located in Fairview Heights, IL, is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our fast-growing clinic.

You will perform neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and provide personalized treatment plans while maintaining safety and exceptional patient care. Monday & Friday 9am-4pm; Tue-Thu vary between 9am-6pm or 10am-5pm depending on clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Current NP licensure in Illinois.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Nurse Injector in a MedSpa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting is preferred.
• Previous experience in a clinical or bedside hospital setting is required.
• Expertise in administering injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate patients and collaborate with the medical team.
• Meticulous attention to detail in treatment administration, patient assessment, and documentation.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality Neurotoxin injections (e.g., Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other advanced aesthetic procedures with precision and expertise.
• Ensure patient satisfaction through follow-up care, maintaining clear communication and addressing post-treatment concerns to foster long-term relationships.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient needs, provide tailored skincare recommendations, and advise on MedSpa services and retail products.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, including treatment details, consent forms, photographs, and follow-up care, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Provide clear instructions to patients regarding medical care, pre- and post-treatment protocols.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and comply with OSHA regulations.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and advise management on needed actions.
• Demonstrate professionalism and ethical practice in all patient interactions.
• Promote the clinic’s services and values to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations and high-quality care.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stocking of injectable and skincare products.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards.
