Different Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector in Tennessee to join our clinical team.

This role focuses on delivering safe, evidence-based aesthetic treatments while supporting physicians and staff in a patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate is an RN with at least two years’ aesthetic injection experience, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Tennessee.
• Minimum of two years of aesthetic injection experience.
• Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology or medical aesthetics preferred.
• Knowledge of facial anatomy and injectable techniques.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to build patient trust and long-term relationships.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers within licensure and training.
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on options, risks, pre- and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and follow-up on outcomes.
• Perform clinical duties under physician supervision (suture/drain removal, wound care).
• Provide exceptional customer service and support scheduling and calls.
• Monitor inventory and maintain clinical supplies and injectables.
• Keep exam and treatment rooms clean, compliant with OSHA/HIPAA.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on techniques and products.
