Job summary

Pure 111 Medical Aesthetics in Fairview Heights, IL seeks an Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join its state-of-the-art clinic. You will deliver personalized treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, and help patients achieve natural-looking results with safety and exceptional care.

The role requires Illinois NP licensure and 2+ years as a nurse injector in MedSpa or cosmetic settings; schedule includes Monday and Friday 9am-4pm, plus Tue-Thu alternate shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Nurse Injector in MedSpa/dermatology/ cosmetic settings.
• Previous clinical or hospital bedside experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Neurotoxin injections and dermal fillers with precision and safety.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess goals and provide skincare guidance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and consent forms, per regulatory standards.
• Educate patients on pre/post care and postoperative expectations.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and OSHA regulations throughout clinics.

Pure 111, one of our valued partners, is looking for an Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic located in Fairview Heights, IL.

As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, you will provide personalized treatment plans, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our patients. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for enhancing patients’ natural beauty.

Work Schedule

Monday & Friday: 9am-4pm

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: Alternate between 10am-6pm and 9am-5pm (depending on clinic needs)

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality Neurotoxin injections (e.g., Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other advanced aesthetic procedures with precision andexpertise.
• Ensure patient satisfaction through consistent follow-up care,maintainingclearcommunicationand addressing any post-treatment concerns to foster long-term relationships and repeat visits.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient needs and goals,providingtailored skincare recommendations,advisingonappropriate MedSpaservices, andsuggestingretail skincare products.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records, including treatment details, consent forms, photographs, and follow-up care, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to patientsregardingmedical care, pre-treatment, and post-treatment protocols, ensuring they are fully informed and comfortable with their treatment plans.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.Comply withclinic policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Comply withfederal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation;anticipatingfuture legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements;advisingmanagement on needed actions.
• Accept full responsibility, authority, and accountability for providing excellent patient care, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.
• Demonstrate strong brand loyalty and actively promote the clinic’s services and values, both individually and as part of the team, ensuring a positive experience for every patient.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, management, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
• Monitor inventory levels of injectable products, skincare products, and other supplies.Assistwith ordering, stocking, and ensuring products are stored properly.
• Ensure treatment rooms are well-maintained, clean, and organized, adhering to infection control and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Current NPlicensure in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum of 2years’ experienceas a Nurse Injector in a MedSpa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting is preferred.
• Previousexperience in a clinical or bedside hospital settingisrequired.
• Expertisein administering injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively with the medical team.
• Meticulous attention to detail in treatment administration, patient assessment, and documentation.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation

The salary for this position starts from $37 per hour , depending on experience, withadditionalperformance-based incentives and benefits.
