Ideal candidates hold active NP licenses with FNP certification, demonstrate strong communication, confidentiality, and a passion for aesthetics and client confidence.

Qualifications

• NP license in good standing with active national FNP certification
• FNP-C or FNP-BC certification required
• Passion for exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication and ability to educate clients clearly
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Attention to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in aesthetics and helping clients gain confidence

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments per medical protocols
• Educate clients on pre/post-care and treatment plans
• Document treatments and maintain medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for client flow
• Maintain a clean and professional clinical environment
• Discuss progress and recommend additional treatment areas
• Encourage client reviews and referrals
• Support daily clinic operations and appointments
• Assist with opening/closing duties and room prep
• Collaborate with leadership to meet clinic goals
