Responsibilities

• Perform ancillary laser and skin care services as schedule allows.
• Maintain detailed documentation and notes in EMR software.
• Coordinate supplies and maintain room readiness for treatments.
• Support marketing and promotion activities for the department and take/participate in media as needed.
• Foster patient safety, follow up on feedback, and de-escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with staff and management to ensure a premier client experience.
