Job summary

NPHire in Westlake, Ohio is hiring two Nurse Practitioners to join its established aesthetic injector team. You will deliver neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments, conduct client consultations, and guide long-term aesthetic plans to grow repeat business.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence and commercial acumen, with base salary plus productivity bonus, full-time or part-time schedules, onsite work, and no on-call rotation. Licensure costs are covered and onboarding is provided.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio APRN license or eligibility before start.
• 3 to 5 years practising as a nurse practitioner.
• RN experience does not count toward this requirement.
• Extensive hands-on experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• This is not a role for someone new to injectables.
• Demonstrated sales ability.
• Track record of consulting clients into additional services and growing treatment plans.
• Comfort in a high-volume, consumer-facing environment where client experience drives repeat business.
• Strong communication skills and the presence to build trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Administer neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments with attention to facial anatomy, symmetry and natural-looking outcomes.
• Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations, assessing client concerns and building individualized treatment plans.
• Guide clients through the full service menu, identifying complementary treatments that support their goals and expanding the treatment plan accordingly.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships that generate repeat appointments and referrals.
• Manage complications and adverse reactions appropriately, including bruising, asymmetry, vascular occlusion protocols and expectation management.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and photographic records.
• Stay current with injectable products, techniques and industry developments.
• Work alongside aestheticians, massage therapists and salon staff to deliver a coordinated client experience.
