Salem Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Aesthetic Injector to join the Plastic Surgery team in Salem, Oregon. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and administer injectables and noninvasive procedures, while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

Current ANCC-certified Nurse Practitioner or equivalent to obtain Salem Health privileges within two years.
Minimum 1 year hands-on experience as an Aesthetic Injector.
1 year Plastic Surgery/Aesthetic experience with lasers/injectables.
Experience with full facial assessment and treatment planning.
Experience with skin care and skin assessments.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed patient assessments and consultations to understand goals and medical history.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Perform injectable and noninvasive aesthetic procedures with precision and safety.
Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality.
Collaborate with physicians and care team to optimize outcomes.
Stay current on aesthetic trends, techniques, and safety.
Adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines for cosmetic practices.
