Job summary

Blue Water Plastic Surgery Partners in Raleigh, NC seeks a full-time Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to deliver non-surgical cosmetic treatments and support surgical patients.

The role requires an active NC NP license and established experience in aesthetics or related specialties. You will perform injections and laser treatments, educate patients, and maintain thorough documentation in a fast-paced, patient-centered clinic.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina and appropriate national certification; prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related specialty preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and safe administration of cosmetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, skincare therapies).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build patient trust, explain procedures clearly, and collaborate effectively with surgeons and clinical staff.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation, use of electronic health records, and adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent advanced practice program; BLS/ACLS certification and experience in an outpatient clinic setting are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver non-surgical cosmetic treatments and support surgical patients throughout their care.
• Administer injectables, laser treatments, and skincare therapies; monitor patient responses.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations; assess goals and medical histories; recommend procedures.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure education; coordinate follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff; document all care per standards.
• Support practice growth through exceptional patient experiences and professional communication.
