Ideal candidates have dermatology or medical clinic experience, familiarity with injectables, phlebotomy skills, EMR proficiency, and Medical Assistant certification or licensure.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, or medical clinic.
• Familiarity with injectables and luxury skincare.
• Phlebotomy skills and EMR experience strongly preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification/licensure a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and respond to emails/texts with professionalism.
• Greet patients, complete consent forms, take before photos, and support checkout/retail sales.
• Educate patients on skincare regimens, product recommendations, and pre/post-treatment care.
• Support marketing, events, and patient engagement initiatives.
• Maintain a polished, welcoming reception and clinic environment aligned with brand standards.
