Qualifications

• RN license in good standing required.
• Strong communication with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to educate patients clearly and confidently.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• High attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Interest in aesthetics and ability to support onboarding of new providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care for safe results.
• Document treatments and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss progress with clients and suggest additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and client records.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and room preparation.
• Collaborate with leadership and team to meet clinic goals.
