Job summary

OVME is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner to join our Lexington studio from its ground-up launch. You will deliver personalized cosmetic injectables including neurotoxins and dermal fillers while building lasting client relationships.

You will maintain detailed records, educate clients on care and outcomes, and collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to craft tailored treatment plans. A strong commitment to ongoing learning and patient safety is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years injecting experience.
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to understand aesthetic concerns and medical history.
• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers) per protocols.
• Administer injections with accurate dosing considering anatomy and symmetry.
• Stay updated on cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate client records including treatment plans and adverse reactions.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, side effects, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians on comprehensive treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with medical standards, infection control, storage and disposal.
• Uphold professionalism, ethics and confidentiality; maintain a safe treatment environment.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance injectables knowledge.
