Job summary

Serenity Esthetics is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector to lead sales and service across our day spa and med spa locations in the Midwest, with relocation support to move to nearby areas. This is a sales-focused leadership role where you will perform injectables, sell services, and manage estheticians and technicians.

The position requires active multistate RN license or applicable medical license, hands-on injector experience, proven sales results, and prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Active multistate (compact) RN license, or an NP, PA or physician license is required.
• Hands-on injectable experience and documented training are required.
• Proven sales results and a confident, consultative style are required.
• Experience leading or supervising a team is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer Botox, dermal fillers and other injectables within your scope of license.
• Lead consultations and sell personalized day spa and med spa treatment plans.
• Manage, coach and schedule our estheticians and technicians.
• Reach monthly sales goals and build long-term client relationships.
