Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Knowledge of aesthetic nursing care methods and procedures.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Valid nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations including medical history, desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits.
• Perform aesthetic services: dermal fillers, neurotoxins, microneedling and medical-grade chemical peels.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation such as charting, before/after photos, and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety; inspect the injection room and maintain hygiene and safety.
• Honor patient diversity and rights to care.
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns and goals.
• Stay updated on latest aesthetic treatments and industry trends.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays; assist with inventory.
• Must be available Fri/Sat.
