Job summary

VIO Med Spa Glen Mills is seeking an experienced aesthetic injector to join our team. You will own the consultation, the treatment plan, the procedure, and the rebooking process, focusing on injectables within an established practice.

Part-time to start with a clear path to full-time, you will work with an experienced PA/NP/RN team and operate under physician oversight in a busy med spa setting near Media and West Chester.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania license in good standing as a Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse.
• Two+ years of post-licensure experience injecting neuromodulator and dermal filler.
• Day-one full scope with no onboarding required, including planning and placing Sculptra.
• Working knowledge of facial anatomy, product selection, and complication management.
• Comfort with a pay structure that layers incentives on an hourly base.
• Two weekday evenings and two to three Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-face neuromodulator and dermal filler treatment plans using Botox/Juvederm/Galderma portfolio.
• Plan and place Sculptra as part of longer-horizon facial balancing from the first week.
• Conduct real consultations, set expectations, and build a repeatable treatment cadence.
• Rebook patients at checkout and promote memberships/retail when appropriate.
• Refer to the right provider when goals fall outside this seat's scope.
• Maintain documentation, consent, and treatment-room standards to medical-practice level.
