We’re rebuilding the injector team and looking for a trusted provider who wants to be part of a stable, respected clinic.
This is the provider backbone role: you’ll serve as a patient-facing injector and support provider responsibilities within the clinic’s model (evaluation processes/documentation/boundaries). You must be clinically excellent and comfortable converting through education across the broader menu—injectables and wellness services—without being pushy.
Perform neuromodulators + dermal fillers with advanced technique and strong safety judgment
Lead consults: full-face assessment, treatment planning, and long-term maintenance strategy
Support appropriate provider responsibilities within clinic protocols and documentation standards
Educate and convert patients into plans, memberships, and programs through trust‑building conversations
Maintain accurate charting and uphold a premium guest experience and clinic culture
Partner with leadership to strengthen consistency, outcomes, and patient retention
You’re a trusted clinical authority who protects safety and outcomes
You create long‑term plans and build patient loyalty (retention/rebook)
You can talk about the broader wellness menu intelligently and responsibly
You’re professional, steady, and raise the standard—culture carrier energy
Active NP or PA license in good standing (Iowa‑ready)
Hands‑on, independent tox + filler experience (no train‑from‑scratch)
Strong consult + communication skills; you can lead treatment planning confidently
Comfort with performance outcomes (conversion, membership, retention expectations)
Mature clinical judgment + documentation discipline
Medspa/derm/plastics experience with premium patient expectations
Longevity/wellness experience or strong curiosity (program education, patient optimization mindset)
Comfort supporting hormone/optimization conversations (within clinic protocols)
Experience with consult conversion metrics (ticket value, membership attach, rebooking)
Strong service recovery instincts and conflict de‑escalation
Ability to mentor/raise standards for other injectors
Local following or strong referral network

Clinic Hours: Tue–Fri 10:00a–6:00p; Sat 10:00a–2:00p
Employment Type: Full‑Time or Part‑Time (discussed in interview)
Compensation: $50–$65/hr + commissions/performance incentives (plan subject to change)
