Job summary

Peachy Studio in Austin, Texas is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join as an aesthetic injector. You will receive paid clinical training and ongoing mentorship, delivering Botox/Xeomin/Dysport/Jeuveau injections and comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The role requires an active NP license, board certification, BLS, and a willingness to work across Peachy studios. Part-time schedule with weekend coverage is available, plus a strong training program and

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the applying state.
• Active Board Certification as an Adult, Family, or Women's Health NP.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Preference for at least six months of autonomous clinical practice.
• Recent procedural experience preferred (IV placement, suturing, etc.).
• Flexibility to work across Peachy studio locations within reasonable distance.
• Availability to commit a Part-Time schedule (≈7 shifts/month, ~40 hours).
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete Peachy's comprehensive clinical training program and participate in ongoing continuing education.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service during every client interaction.
• Perform wrinkle assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on Peachy's wrinkle prevention offerings and products.
• Perform cosmetic neurotoxin injections in FDA-approved facial areas.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient charting.
• Follow all operational procedures, clinical protocols, and company initiatives.

During training you'll learn:

• Botox®, Xeomin®, Dysport®, and Jeuveau® injection techniques
• Facial anatomy and wrinkle assessment
• Personalized consultation and treatment planning
• Neuromodulator dosing protocols
• Peachy's proprietary AI-powered treatment planning platform
• Clinical documentation and best practices
• Hands-on supervised injection training

You'll be fully compensated throughout your training period to ensure a seamless transition into your new career.

What You'll Do

• Complete Peachy's comprehensive clinical training program and participate in ongoing continuing education
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service during every client interaction
• Perform wrinkle assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate clients on Peachy's wrinkle prevention offerings, including Botox®, Xeomin®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, prescription retinoids, sunscreen, and aftercare products
• Perform cosmetic neurotoxin injections in the three FDA-approved treatment areas for facial wrinkles
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient charting
• Follow all operational procedures, clinical protocols, and company initiatives
• Maintain infection prevention standards, including proper hand hygiene, PPE usage, and equipment sterilization
• Uphold HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards

What You Have

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you're applying
• Active Board Certification as an Adult, Family, or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
• Active BLS Certification
• Strong preference for Nurse Practitioners with at least six months of autonomous clinical practice experience
• Recent procedural experience (such as IV placement, suturing, or other hands-on clinical procedures) is strongly preferred
• Flexibility to work across multiple Peachy studio locations within a reasonable distance of your home studio
• Availability to commit a Part-Time schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays. Part-Time providers are scheduled for approximately 7 shifts per month (about 40 hours), including at least 3 weekend shifts from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 1 weekday shift per week from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

The target base pay for the Nurse Practitioner role in Austin, Texas is $54.00/hr USD. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Peachy reserves the right to modify compensation ranges as business needs evolve.
