Job summary

NakedMD is seeking Nurse Practitioners for an aesthetic injector role in Phoenix, AZ. The position focuses on high standards of patient care, safety, and ethical practice in a cosmetic setting.

The role requires an NP license, experience in aesthetic nursing, and the ability to work Fridays and Saturdays. Competitive base salary with bonus eligibility is offered, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations including medical history, treatment plans, and explanations of results and risks.
• Perform aesthetic services such as dermal fillers and neurotoxins.
• Maintain medical documentation with patient charts and photos.
• Ensure injection room hygiene and safety, including decontaminating equipment and sanitizing surfaces.
• Support patient rights and diversity in care.

We are currently seeking Nurse Practitioners who are interested in a rewarding Aesthetic Injector career. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest medical integrity with a heart for servant leadership and always promote the patient’s well-being by providing the highest standards of care.

Annual base starting salary range: $50-65/hour based on experience + bonus eligible

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - Good faith exams, medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans, and explanation of aesthetic results, risks, and benefits.
• Perform aesthetic services such as dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling, and medical-grade chemical peels.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety. (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
• Honor and respect the diversity of patients and their individual rights to care
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed.
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels as needed.
• Must be available Fridays and Saturdays; open availability
