Job summary

Peachy is a fast-growing medical aesthetics company seeking Nurse Practitioners to join our New York studio network. You’ll train in Peachy’s clinical program, learn our AI-powered treatment planning, and provide preventive wrinkle care using FDA-approved neuromodulators.

No prior aesthetics experience is required; this full-time role offers a 4x10 schedule with weekend shifts, and the opportunity to grow across Peachy studios nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the applying state.
• Board Certification as NP (Adult/Family/Women’s Health).
• BLS Certification required or current.

Responsibilities

• Complete Peachy’s clinical training program and participate in ongoing education.
• Deliver hospitality and customer service during client interactions.
• Perform wrinkle assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on Peachy’s wrinkle prevention offerings (Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Jeuveau, retinoids, sunscreen).
• Perform cosmetic neurotoxin injections in FDA-approved facial areas.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient charts.
• Follow procedures, protocols, and company initiatives.
• Uphold infection prevention and HIPAA standards.

During training you'll learn:

• Facial anatomy and wrinkle assessment
• Personalized consultation and treatment planning

• Hands-on supervised injection training

You’ll be fully compensated throughout your training period to ensure a seamless transition into your new career.

What You’ll Do

• Complete Peachy’s comprehensive clinical training program and participate in ongoing continuing education
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service during every client interaction
• Perform wrinkle assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate clients on Peachy’s wrinkle prevention offerings, including Botox®, Xeomin®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, prescription retinoids, sunscreen, and aftercare products
• Perform cosmetic neurotoxin injections in the three FDA-approved treatment areas for facial wrinkles
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient charting
• Follow all operational procedures, clinical protocols, and company initiatives
• Maintain infection prevention standards, including proper hand hygiene, PPE usage, and equipment sterilization
• Uphold HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards

What You Have

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you're applying
• Active Board Certification as an Adult, Family, or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
• Active BLS Certification
• Strong preference for Nurse Practitioners with at least six months of autonomous clinical practice experience
• Recent procedural experience (such as IV placement, suturing, or other hands‑on clinical procedures) is strongly preferred
• Flexibility to work across multiple Peachy studio locations within a reasonable distance of your home studio
• Availability to commit to a Full-Time 4x10 schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Full-Time Providers are required to work at least three weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday) each month.
• While we make every effort to accommodate scheduling preferences, specific shifts cannot always be guaranteed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

The target base pay for the Nurse Practitioner role in New York, NY is $65.00/hour USD, plus eligibility for a quarterly bonus. Full-Time Nurse Practitioners typically earn approximately $135,000 - $155,000 in total annual compensation, inclusive of quarterly bonuses. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Peachy reserves the right to modify compensation ranges as business needs evolve.
